Zero Carbon Harrogate is pleased to announce an evening with Clive Wilson at Starling Cafe Bar Kitchen on Wednesday, 18th September 2024, from 7pm to 9:15pm. Many people are ready to welcome some good news and inspiration, and it’s time for us to tell a different story, beyond sustainability.

This special event marks the launch of Wilson’s new book, Leading Beyond Sustainability: Six Aspirations for a Brighter Future, and offers the chance for us to engage with new ideas that could help shape Harrogate’s future within the wider context.
Clive will share six key aspirations from his book that go beyond traditional views of sustainability, offering fresh perspectives on how we can make real progress locally. These concepts are intended to provoke thought, spark conversation, inspire meaningful action at a local level and encourage a deeper understanding of what it means to lead in a changing world. Together we’ll hear some local examples and explore the ideas introduced, thinking about how we can apply these concepts practically to our own sustainability efforts here in Harrogate. ​​​​
